Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Calling vendors for a minimum of 5 hours a day.
2. Sharing call details and their audio records daily (it will be used for internal analysis perspective)
3. Assisting vendors to onboard their business by audio or video call
4. Working on sales targets (minimum 15 sales per week) to be achieved per week (sale is selling any packages silver, gold, platinum, and onboarding vendor post their consent on our website)

Requirements:

1. Should have a laptop and an android phone
2. Can work 6 days a week
3. Willing to work on Saturday and Sunday if required for a team meeting
4. Must be able to speak Hindi or English or local language of any state

Note:

1. Minimum guaranteed stipend is Rs. 7000 per month
2. Maximum stipend can go up to Rs. 17000 per month ( Fixed 7000+ Max performance bonus 10000 against generation of Min. 100000 sales revenue per month )
3. You should be comfortable making continuous cold calls and recording the same on daily basis
4. Should participate in team meetings and create a business strategy
5. Should be willing to generate sales as per business need
6. Stipend will be increased post satisfied performance of 2 months
