Job Description
Responsibilities
- Regular follow ups.
- Maintain relationship with the clients.
- Should have experience of handling both inbound and outbound calls.
- Should have good convincing power.
- Should be presentable.
- Have good command over English and Hindi Language.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
- Handling & providing solution customer queries.
- Explain the product to the customer.
- Should be able to work with team.
- Daily report to team leader.
- Maintain daily call details and customer information in the database
- Should have excellent communication skills.
