This EMS (Embrace Management Services Pvt. Ltd.) the standards of Conduct describe the expected actions and behaviors of employees while conducting Company Business. The policies and procedures in this policy book will be applied at the discretion of EMS. The EMS reserves the right to deviate from the policies, procedures, benefits and working conditions described in this book. And Company also reserves the right to withdraw or change the policies, procedures, benefits and working conditions at any time for any reason and without prior notice and company strives to provide an employee friendly environment in which goal oriented individual thrive as they achieve ever more demanding challenges.
No provision in this employee policy book and expected Standards of Conduct can be waived without written permission from the Company’s CEO/President, or designee. Such a waiver, if granted, applies only to the employee for whom the waiver was granted at the time of waiver.
