Role and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential Students.
• Handling enquiries and generate leads through various sources.
• Maintain student database.
• Answer questions about the University & its courses.
• Ask questions to understand student requirements and fix appointments for the counsellors.
• Enter and update student information in the database.
• Keep records of calls and note useful information.
• Through counselling help the student to decide which course of higher learning is a good fit to them.
• Responsible for handholding prospective students and guiding them through the entire admission process.
• Responsible for getting online admission form filled and collecting soft copies of relevant documents.

Required Candidate profile:

• Experience in Education Industry or in telesales.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about services offered by the university.
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
