Position: Telaceller
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telaceller to join our team. As a Telaceller at RDFC India Nidhi Limited, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our financial products and services to potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers over the phone, build rapport, and drive sales of our diverse range of financial and loan products.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Promotion:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to promote RDFC India Nidhi Limited's financial products and loan services.
Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and terms of various financial products offered by the company
.Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions to meet their requirements.
Customer Engagement:
Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products.
Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM software or other designated tools.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest financial products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training sessions and self-study.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with colleagues from sales, marketing, and other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Participate in team meetings, share best practices, and contribute ideas for improving sales processes and strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in the financial services sector.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be a plus.
