Job Description

We are seeking a Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, and promoting our products/services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services

Answer incoming calls and provide information about our products/services

Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team

Maintain a database of potential customers and keep it up-to-date

Identify customer needs and provide solutions

Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers

Record and maintain call logs and reports
