Job Description -A telecaller for franchise operations is responsible for calling potential franchisees for the business and providing them with information related to franchising opportunities.

1. Contacting potential franchisees via phone calls or emails and offering information about the franchising opportunities available with the company.
2. Answering inquiries related to the franchise operations, such as the investment required, profit potential, locationand territory availability, and franchisee training and support.
3. Identifying and qualifying potential franchisees based on their interests and financial capabilities.
4. Setting up appointments for franchise operations managers to meet with potential franchisees to discuss the opportunity in detail.
5. Following up with leads and prospective applicants to ensure that they have the information they need to make an informed decision about the franchise opportunity.
6. Maintaining a database of all leads and applicants, their contact information, and their status in the application process.
7. Collaborating with the franchise operations team to develop sales strategies and marketing campaigns to attract potential franchisees.
8. Achieving sales targets and meeting performance metrics set by the company.
9. Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the company's franchising model, industry trends, and competition.
10. Representing the company in a professional and courteous manner and ensuring that all interactions with potential and existing franchisees are conducted with the highest standards of customer service.
