We are currently seeking a talented and motivated telecaller to join our real estate office space leasing team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential tenants and guiding them through the leasing process. 

Responsibilities:

• Contacting potential tenants through phone calls, emails, etc.
• Understanding the needs of the tenant and identifying suitable office spaces
• Providing detailed information about available office spaces, including pricing, amenities, and lease terms
• Scheduling property visits for interested tenants

Requirements:

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple tenants and properties at once
• Experience in real estate or leasing is preferred but not required
