Responsibilities:*
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the real estate sector.
2. Explain and promote real estate projects, features, and benefits to prospective customers.
3. Engage with clients effectively to understand their requirements and preferences.
4. Provide detailed information about properties, pricing, and payment plans.
5. Schedule appointments for site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.
7. Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion and closure of deals.
8. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication.
9. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and goals.
10. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the real estate industry.
*Requirements:*
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Telecaller in the real estate sector.
2. Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
3. Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
4. Graduation degree is mandatory.
5. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
6. Familiarity with real estate terminology and market trends.
7. Customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
9. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
