1. Working towards monthly or annual targets.

2. Prepare and execute proposals and presentations using PowerPoint and Microsoft Word

3. Analyse, report, and communicate sales trends, customer patterns, and competitor activity

4. Perform other duties as assigned

5. Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of individual contact details.

6. Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects. 

7. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

8. Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise

9. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

10. Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way

11. Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level

12. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
