Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Enrolling students for courses offered by the Institute.

2. Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, following up on Enquiry, and database

3. Understand student requirements and guide the student to the right program fitting his / her requirement

4. Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structure, and course details

5. Ensure proper servicing is done for the students enrolled

6. Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others' dispositions.

Skills:

Computer literate.

Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.

Superb verbal communication.

Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.

Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.

Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
