Job Description

  •  The Telesales & Service Associate over phone to clients. 
  • The job is to reach out to various customers over phone, explain them the product & features, service so as to derive maximum ROI for the client. 
  • The role also includes achieving for up gradation by ensuring regular service follow ups
  • Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
  • Selling / servicing digital goods over the phone
  • Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages. 
  • Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade/renew the packages
  • Providing the right customer experience
