Responsibilities :

Working with and supporting the Center Manager and marketing team to generate a continuous flow of enquiries and walk-ins and converting them into premium memberships at the Centre
Handling telephonic and walk-in enquiries at the centre
Making outbound calls to Shaadi.com members / other enquiry database and offering them matchmaking solutions
Following the defined sales process to convert Enquiries into members
Making required number of calls for following up with Enquiries which are not converted
Meeting Sales and conversion Targets
Interfacing with walk-in customers, explaining to them features of Shaadi.com/Centre and converting them to Premium Membership

Requirements :

Graduate with 0-2yrs experience or Min HSC with 4yrs of experience required.
Presentable with a pleasing personality
Handling irate customers
Good at convincing, problem solving and objection handling abilities.
Shift Timing : 10am - 7pm6 working days with one rotational week off Between Monday - Friday.
Salary upto 17k plus attractive incentives
