Responsibilities :
  • Working with and supporting the Center Manager and marketing team to generate a continuous flow of enquiries and walk-ins and converting them into premium memberships at the Centre
  • Handling telephonic and walk-in enquiries at the centre
  • Making outbound calls to Shaadi.com members / other enquiry database and offering them matchmaking solutions
  • Following the defined sales process to convert Enquiries into members
  • Making required number of calls for following up with Enquiries which are not converted
  • Meeting Sales and conversion Targets
  • Interfacing with walk-in customers, explaining to them features of Shaadi.com/Centre and converting them to Premium Membership
Requirements : 
  • Graduate with 0-2yrs experience or Min HSC with 4yrs of experience required. 
  •  Presentable with a pleasing personality
  •  Handling irate customers
  •  Good at convincing, problem solving and objection handling abilities.
  • Shift Timing : 10am - 7pm6 working days with one rotational week off Between Monday - Friday.
  • Salary upto 17k plus attractive incentives
