We are looking for enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team and connect with potential clients to promote our services, including digital marketing, website designing, and mobile app development. • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain our services.
• Understand client needs and provide relevant solutions from our service offerings.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
• Maintain and update a database of customer information.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.

• Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, web designing, and mobile app development (a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
