We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as Telecaller. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to present our plots or services, answer questions about them, and ultimately persuade them to make a purchase or donation.
Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers through telephone calls.Provide information about our products or services.Persuade interested customers to make a purchase or donation.Record customer details including their reactions to the products or services offered.Answer any questions or concerns they might have.Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into the system.Maintain a friendly and professional tone at all times.Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.Conduct surveys or polls as necessary.Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
