Job Description

We are looking for an Enthusiastic and Engaged Telecaller (Sales Background Preferred).

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Handling Inbound and outbound calls.
  • Responsible for lead generation.
  • Supporting marketing activities through mailing and cold calling.
  • Maintain MIS reports and update the management on the status of all the prospects.
  • Good knowledge of Sales.
  • Responsible for achieving business targets through effective timelines.
Requirements
  • The candidate should have 1-2 years of work experience in Telecalling or a related role.
  • Excellent Verbal Communication skills. (Fluency in English/Hindi/Telugu is a Mandatory)
  • Good working knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel & Internet.
  • Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
