Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making and receiving phone calls to existing or potential customers. The Telecaller will handle inquiries, provide information, resolve issues, promote products/services, and ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecommunications Specialist located in Indore. The individual will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service in support of telecommunications systems.

Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills

Certification in Telecommunications or related field preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications or related field

Ability to handle customers over calls.

Immediate Joiners preferred.
