Job Description

  • Complete Client Onboarding using KYC Guidelines
  • Ensure prompy service to resolve on Onboarding issues for new clients
  • Needs to handle additional adhoc work given by reporting head
  • Following approval mechanism for client clearance
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to all customers via Call only
  • Handle customer queries through calls only
  • Maintaining appropriate data of daily tasks based on the tools provided
  • Assist with various special projects as needed
