Job Title: Telecaller
Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Telecaller. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers by telephone to introduce our products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to effectively engage with prospects over the phone.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.Introduce our products/services to potential customers and explain their features and benefits.Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and listening skills.Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system.Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly quotas for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product/service updates.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales (preferred).Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to engage and build rapport with prospects over the phone.Strong listening and questioning skills to understand customer needs and preferences.Persistence and resilience to handle rejection and overcome objections.Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in multiple languages may be advantageous.
Salary that we are offering is to be from 18000-22000
