Job Description

Handling outbound and inbound calls.

Providing customized guidance to the patient and their family members.

Working with the aid of CRM.

Reporting to immediate senior about the daily assigned work.
We are looking for ambitious candidates who are looking forward to making their career in the corporate sector and have a zeal to start their career with startups with an intention to learn as much as possible and deliver outstanding results.

Candidates with good voice quality and interactive skills are our preferred choice for the role since the job profile is of tele-counsellor wherein you are required to be interactive with customers such that counsellor develops the trusted bond and customer feel free to share their problems.
