Job Description

Role Description: This is a full-time role located in Kolkata, Behala. As a Telecaller, the employee will be responsible for making outbound calls to vendors and customers, introducing our services, answering questions and gathering information. They will also keep accurate records of all calls made and appointments scheduled, and ensure that vendor/customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali.

Previous experience in a customer service or telemarketing role will be an added advantage for you.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with basic computer skills.

A good understanding of customer service principles and practices.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.

Graduated from regular or distance in any stream.
