Job Description

Telecaller

JOB DESCRIPTION:

On-board new sellers on Amazon through field phone-call / tele-calling.
Convincing the customer by showcasing the Amazon brand and bring them on-board FREE of COST (Customer does not need to pay anything).
Client Communications, Client Management
Ecommerce Consulting
Working on Amazon Internal Software like Salesforce and SellerCentral.
Selling Paid Account Management Services to Existing Sellers.

DESIRED CANDIDATES:

Willing to handle sales through field visit and calling.
Having hands-on knowledge of sellers on-boarding are preferred.
Extremely good in communication skills
Having fluency in Hindi and English speaking.
Having enough confidence to work on B2B sales closing.
Should be computer literate with working experience on Word, Excel, Emails, etc.
Should be a go-getter and must have positive attitude.
