Job Description

Looking For TELE CALLERS For a Matrimony Firm.
Key Responsibility : 
Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned. 
Selling Membership over the phone 
Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages. 
Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade/renew the matrimony packages 
Providing the right customer experience.
OTHER CRITERIA : 
Monthly Salary : Net Take Home : Between Rs.9 K to Rs. 13K in hand after all deduction [ PF /ESI/Gratuity  etc,] , depending on their experience document  and present salary drawn . Incentive : Performance Based 
Experience : Min 6 months of experience preferably in Outbound Tele Sales Process , expectedly having Dialler experience and must be having computer knowledge .
Age : Between 22 years to 30 Years . 
Language Known : Bengali  [ reading and writing] 
Educational Background : Minimum 12th Pass 
Working Shift: Mon - Sat (9:30 am to 6:30 pm)/ Sunday fixed off
