Job Description

Any domestic outbound or any telesales experience required(Additional Advantage).
Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.
Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade.
Providing the right customer experience.
Freshers are welcome.
Fluency in English Language is must.Telephone etiquette, selling and telemarketing skills, persuasive skills, listening skills, service orientation, Integrity.
10th Passed minimum qualification.
Up-selling - Upgrading existing clients to next range of products
Profitable Selling Perks and Benefits.
