  • Make your appearance for the interview for international call centre associate job if you are confident enough to offer your technical assistance to the callers and convincing them to go for company’s annual service plans and software. 
  • It will be your duty to convert the callers into prosperous leads.
Job Requirements:
  • Possess skills to manage the call traffic from the US and know how to resolve computer troubles
  • Posses good interactive and engaging skills during taking calls
  • Posses good hand on identifying and closing a technical issue
  • Posses instant solutions on calls to the callers related to tech support for windows and MAC devices
  • Posses a grounded knowledge to resolve error codes and black screen

Job Details:
  • Office Days: 6 Days in a week
  • Office Shift: Night shift (US) 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM
  • Salary Date: 10th of every month
  • Incentives and Increment: Can opt after 6 months of joining

You are eligible to come for interview if you:

  • Possess at least 1 year of same field experience
  • Possess the knowledge to do payment process and can offer to sell of services on calls
  • Possess the required knowledge to give readily available solutions for issues related to the computer, printer, broadband, antivirus, router, email issues, MAC
  • Possesses the knowledge to connect with PPC calls easily
