Job Description

  • We are looking for a Telecaller to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. 
  • You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential.
Job Summary / Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Build and maintain relationships with the customers
  • Should generate leads and bring business to the company.
  • Take full responsibilities with the dealing with relevant customer complaints, queries and requests for the information from the start to the end of the process.
  • Maintain MIS Reporting
  • Regular follow up calls with the clients, receive incoming calls & outgoing calls.
  • Maintain database
  • Achieve Sales target
  • Coordinate with seniors
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must be graduate
  • Good convincing Power
  • Pleasing personality
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Preference should be given to experienced candidates.
