Job Overview: LearnMedix Education is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, providing information about our educational programs, and assisting them throughout the enrollment process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:
Contacting potential students through outbound calls to explain LearnMedix Education's programs and benefits.

Responding to inquiries and providing accurate information about courses, admission procedures, and fees.

Maintaining a database of prospective students and following up on leads to ensure conversion.

Handling incoming calls and addressing queries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Achieving weekly and monthly targets for student enrollments.

Collaborating with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process.

Keeping updated on LearnMedix Education's programs, policies, and procedures.

Providing excellent customer service to build and maintain positive relationships with students.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Proven experience in telesales or telecalling. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle objections and provide persuasive responses.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Familiarity with the education industry is an advantage.

Proficient in basic computer applications.
