Job description
Responsibilities:
· Generating leads through tele- calls, emails; generating new business leads and supporting sales of overseas education.
· Maintaining a lead database of the clients and prospects.
· Recording sales and other information, sending and receiving the same.
· Handling Walk in Customers and ensuring proper coordination between company and its clients.
· Developing maintaining relationships and ensuring prompt service and support to the clients either in person or via telephone calls and emails.
· Maintaining periodic status reports, activity reports and calls/ follow- ups reports.
Desired candidate profile
· The candidate should be a Graduate/ Post Graduate with good communication skills.
· The candidate should have good presentation and convincing skills.
· Computer knowledge with excel is a must
