Job Description

We are a Coworking Space where you will get a chance to meet and network with many companies and startups sitting at our offices. The main role of the candidate is -

Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our services.
Answering questions or queries from customers

Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Maintaining and making reports on daily call list in excel or other software's
Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
