Job Description
Female telecaller is required to contact parents and students and communicate them about institute services and salient points of program. Calling students and parents for admission in tuition centre, renowned group of teachers for IIT JEE and NEET started tuition center. It's work from home part time requirement, any 2 hr daily in evening hour between 4:30 to 8:30 evening time.
Responsibilities:
Handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on inquiries and databases.
Performing counseling for interested candidates by making outbound calls.
Scheduling meetings with counselors (Virtual or Personal).
Understand student requirements and guide the student to the right program fitting his/her requirement.
Converting inquiries into admissions.
Requirements:
Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills
Research and record-keeping skills
Verbal communication
Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues of students.
