Job Title: Telecaller (Real Estate)

Reporting To: Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1.      Should be able to handle calls efficiently.

2.      Should have strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.

3.      Should have confidence to promote sales through calling.

4.      Result oriented enthusiastic approach. 

5.      Responsible for handling all customers inquiries and coordinate with Sales team for site visits.

6.      Fixing up site visits for clients and briefing them about the projects.

7.      Follow up with customers for closing the deal.

Candidate’s Qualifications:

1.      Should be atleast 12th pass.

2.      Should have a pleasing personality.

  • Knowledge of working in MS excel sheets n MS Word.
  • Must speak English/Hindi fluently.
  • Should be able to work in a target based profile.
