- Make outbound calls to promote services.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Achieve sales targets and conduct follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Record feedback and ensure proper follow-up actions.
- Support the sales team in lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic sales knowledge and target-oriented mindset.
- Graduates with freshers or up to 1-year experience.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
