Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller
Work Location: Sector 135, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: Freshers to 1 year

Qualification: Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to promote services.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.

Achieve sales targets and conduct follow-ups.

Maintain accurate customer records.
Record feedback and ensure proper follow-up actions.
Support the sales team in lead generation and customer acquisition.
Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic sales knowledge and target-oriented mindset.

Graduates with freshers or up to 1-year experience.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
