The Responsibilities Include:-
1. Advises present and prospective clients/students by calling through an automatic dialing systems.
2. Identify clients/students to retain the service by following prepared script to give product information.
3. Maintaining database by entering, verifying and backing up data.
4. Making outbound calls on the leads provided by the support team.
5. Counselling, coordinating and convincing the clients/students.
6. Effectively follow up on leads to ensure positive conversions.
7. Manage end to end admission process.
Requirements:
1. Any Graduate or post graduate with minimum 0 to 2 years of experience.
2. Sales experience will be an added advantage.
3. Must have excellent spoken and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
4. Good in computer- MS Office and Internet
