Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• The candidate is required to attend to the customer calls and provide them the required information.
• The candidate should be able to understand the clients complaints and work upon resolving them.
• The candidate will be responsible for efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer

SKILLS REQUIRED.

• Good knowledge of computer (optional)
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts day/night.
  
• Good communication skills in Hindi (both verbal and written)
• QUALIFICATION REQUIRED: Minimum 10th, 12thStandard Any Stream / Any Stream Graduate / Post Graduate
• Job Type: Full-time/part time
• Salary: 12000-25000 pm
