Job Description:
Role Includes:
1.Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, follow up on Enquiry and database.
2.Responding promptly to parents inquiries and escalations.
3.Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
4.Answer calls to provide information about Schools/Academics/Services /admission/courses related and etc.
5.Build sustainable relationships and trust with Parents and Vendors.
6.Understand the callers requirement and guide them to the concern persons fitting their requirements.
Requirements:
1.Candidates must have Minimum 1 yr of experience in telecalling or customer support.
2.Fresher those who have interested in calling-related work can apply.
3.Any degree can apply.
4.Candidates must work on-site.
Skills:
1.Well versed in English language is must and It will be advantageous if the candidate can speak Hindi.
2.Ability to listen and active problem solving skills.
3.Good interpersonal skills.
4.Ability to handle pressure.
5.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
