Telecaller for Social Cause Work

Job Description: We are looking for passionate Telecaller to join our team of social cause workers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to individuals and organizations to raise awareness about our cause and solicit donations or support.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to individuals and organizations to explain our cause and ask for donations or support
• Maintain accurate records of calls and donations received
• Respond to inquiries from potential donors and provide them with additional information about our cause
• Follow up with donors to express gratitude for their contributions and provide updates on the progress of our initiatives
• Collaborate with other members of the team to develop and implement fundraising strategies
• Attend events and meetings as needed to represent our cause and promote our initiatives

Requirements:

• Graduate, Undergraduate, Hsc/12th ,High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or fundraising preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online fundraising tools
• Passion for social causes and a desire to make a positive impact in the world
