Job Description

About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engage in telecalling and generating leads
2. Maintain client database generated through promotional activities
3. Convince prospective clients for a site visit
4. Send details of properties to the client
5. Arrange site visits and show properties
6. Provide guidance to buyers in purchasing a property
7. Determine clients' needs and financial abilities
8. Inform clients about market conditions, prices, legal requirements
