·         Real Estate Sales Male and Female Telecaller for Pre Sales required.

Telecaller qualifications and skills

·    Minimum 1 years experience in sales (lead generation preferred)

·    2+ years’ experience telemarketing a plus

·    Excellent phone manners and etiquette.

·    Ability to type a minimum on 30 WPM (words per minute)

·    Results-driven and hardworking.

·    Ability to understand client’s requirements.

·    Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

·    Proven track record of successfully meeting sales.

·    Ability to learn about property and describe/explain them.

Roles and responsibilities:

·         - Prior experience with Real-estate company work or customer service and call centers in relevant job roles.

·         - Must know the basic work of Excel and Word.

·         - Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems.

·         - Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism.

·         - Strong multitasking, time management, and target-achieving skills.

·         - Excellent communication and listening skills with good command over the Guajarati language and interpersonal skills
