Job Summary/Responsibilities and Duties

• Taking care of first hand enquiries and converting them to admissions.

• Call students and provide information about the company's products and convince them to enroll

• Responsible for all creating awareness amongst students regarding IT CALIBRE.

• Follow up for the leads given and received through advertisements.

• Ensure all incoming calls are answered in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide accurate and correct information to customers at all time (Calls/Emails/Chat);

• Records all calls by documenting status, comments in the database/platform;

• Keep students notified with product updates.

• Maintain high level service to customers.

• Maintain record of students.

• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with team members;

• Adhere to processes, standards, targets & objectives;

• Proper follow up.

• Outstanding fees collection.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• BCA/BCOM/MBA/BSC/GRADUATE

• Must have good experience in tele-sales.

• Must have good communication skills in English & hindi

• Should be comfortable in making 80-100 calls a day

• Good negotiation and convincing Skills.

• High energy level

• Knowledge of Ms Office.

• Good listener.
