Job Summary/Responsibilities and Duties
Taking care of first hand enquiries and converting them to admissions.
Call students and provide information about the company's products and convince them to enroll
Responsible for all creating awareness amongst students regarding IT CALIBRE.
Follow up for the leads given and received through advertisements.
Ensure all incoming calls are answered in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate and correct information to customers at all time (Calls/Emails/Chat);
Records all calls by documenting status, comments in the database/platform;
Keep students notified with product updates.
Maintain high level service to customers.
Maintain record of students.
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with team members;
Adhere to processes, standards, targets & objectives;
Proper follow up.
Outstanding fees collection.
Required Experience and Qualifications
BCA/BCOM/MBA/BSC/GRADUATE
Must have good experience in tele-sales.
Must have good communication skills in English & hindi
Should be comfortable in making 80-100 calls a day
Good negotiation and convincing Skills.
High energy level
Knowledge of Ms Office.
Good listener.
