Position: Telecaller 

 Location: Vellore

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated telecaller to join our team. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing them with information about our products and services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services.
• Identify customer needs and provide them with appropriate solutions.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer databases.
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
