Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Telecaller Operator to join our fast-paced sales team. The ideal candidate will be in charge of making outbound calls to prospective clients, informing them about our products and services, and addressing any questions they may have. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to operate in a fast-paced, goal-oriented workplace, are required for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Provide customers with information about our offerings and answer any questions they may have
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times
- Meet or exceed daily call volume and sales targets
- Record all customer interactions in our database and maintain accurate records of all calls made
- Follow up with potential customers to ensure their needs are being met and to close sales
- Continuously improve product and service knowledge to better serve customers.
