Job Title: Telecaller - Real Estate Industry

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telecaller to join our real estate team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in telecalling, with a proven track record of success. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in promoting our real estate services, engaging with potential clients, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our real estate services and generate leads.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
  • Provide information about available properties, pricing, and terms.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicate the benefits of our real estate offerings.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the real estate market trends and stay informed about the competition.
  • Build and maintain a customer database for future follow-ups and marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule property visits and assist in closing deals.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
  • Record and maintain accurate information about client interactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.


    • Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and terminology.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
