The role is CRM (Customer Relationship Management) executive and job responsibilities include
* Attend incoming client calls and answer them appropriately with hostel details
* Make outgoing calls based on the inquiry made to us with appropriate details
* Learn and understand the facilities, tariffs, locations of hostels quickly to address all queries
* Making Welcome/Exit of the new/outgoing residents
* Issue tracking system: Daily, log the issues reported form the branch incharges/residents and assign the respective persons to fix the complaints . Ensure followup till closure
