Manage and handling assigned and day to day tasks.
Handle complete On-boarding customer relation activity.
Schedule Appointments, conducting orientation, maintain records & information.
Communicate with clients and provide better suggestion.
Manage all the customer with appropriate response & behavior.
Overseeing the customer leads and gives proper response.
Required Candidate profile
Minimum 0-6 month of experience in handing outbound telecalling.
Must have good Communication skills.
Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results oriented.
Better organizational skills.
Should be ready adjust him/ her-self in assigned tasks which may differ from the job description.
