Roles & Responsibilities

• To generate leads by cold calling/emailing clients To provide all product related information to potential clients
• To coordinate with other members of the team to actively promote sales opportunities through information sharing
• Maintain information records of every customer interaction
• Adhering to the process flows that are set to ensure consistency and smoothness in
• operations
• To perform pricing related negotiations and convince customers to buy the product.
• Receive incoming calls & do outgoing calls
