• Telecallers (for a Tourism and Study Abroad Consultancy) in Palarivattom, Cochin
• Calling the given data of students/parents and provide brief information and advantages of abroad studies.
• Calling the given date for tour package enquiries and provide details. 
• Cold calling to introduce study in India and abroad options and tour & travel services to prospective clients.
• Prompt follow up with positive enquiries, escalate to Senior Executives for enquiry closing
• Regularly update enquiry status in Google docs.
• Age: 20 – 30 Years
• Qualification: Any Degree from a reputed institution
• Telecalling Experience preferred: 06 – 12 months in any reputed Study Consultancy and or Tour & Travel Agency.

Essential skills

• Very good telecalling - communication – convincing and customer service skills.
• Pleasing personality with a flair for speaking
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Proficient in Google Docs, web browsing, E-mail, MS Word, etc.
• Language proficiency: Fluency in Malayalam and English is a must besides Hindi
• Job location : Palarivattom, Ernakulam
• Candidate location: Prefer candidates in and around Ernakulam
