Position: Telecalling Executive

Experience: 6 months-1 years

Salary range: 1,20,000 lacs per annum - (Rs.10,000 per month)

We are seeking a highly motivated & dynamic telecalling executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in telecalling & possess excellent communication skills

-Outbound calling: The primary responsibility is to make outbound calls to customers & fix appointments with potential customers

- Cold calls to potential customers on a database through calls & messages

- Product knowledge: Provide accurate information about our company’s products, features & benefits to customers

-Customer queries: Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

- Customer Interaction: Interact with customers courteously and professionally, understanding their financial situations and negotiating repayment terms

- Collaboration: Collaborate with sales teams & other departments to achieve overall company objectives

-Report management: Maintain accurate records/reports of calls made & customer interactions, appointments fixed, meetings generated, sales conversions, etc.

- Trainings & workshops: Participate in training programs & workshops with OEMs to enhance product knowledge & sales skills

-Database management: Building and maintaining a client database

Requirements:-

· Minimum 6 months- 1 year of experience telecalling or a similar role

· Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

· Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

· Basic knowledge of systems integrations is preferred
