Job Description

Coordinate college appointments, organize FDPs, support recruitment efforts, maintain databases, handle telecalling, manage OJT coordination, update MIS reports, and assist in seamless program execution and overall operations.
Understand and meet the sales targets and performance metrics.
Handle objections and use persuasive communication to close sales.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales processes and strategies.
Manage and update customer information in the database
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Achieve weekly or monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
