Should be able to identify new prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, outbound cold calls, events, emails, prospect lists, discovery and individual research.
- Cold calling
- Understand customer needs and requirements and profile them accordingly
- Generate new leads through data mining & online research
- Route qualified leads to Sales Engineers for further development and closure
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls
- Ability to manage the day-to-day inside sales team activities
- Maintain and expand database of prospects PAN India
- Support team for event calling and registrations when required
- Help in making report & data segregation
- Monitor team performance & team meetings at regular intervals
- Achieve lead and opportunity targets
- Work with all teams to build strong pipeline for sales closures
- Hands of experience in CRM will be an added advantage.
