Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Onboarding users on our app by reaching out to current and prospective users
2. Maintaining a database of the users
3. Handling customer queries and ensuring proper coordination between users and concerned teams
4. Developing & maintaining relationships and ensuring prompt service and support to the users either in person or via telephone calls and emails
5. Recording client feedbacks & market information (if any)
6. Maintaining periodic status reports, activity report, and call/follow-up reports
